The Littleton retains top spot for local five-star dining

The Littleton is officially still the best place to eat out in Walsall according to a recent report by the Birmingham Mail.

Based on analysis by travel website, TripAdvisor, the newspaper confirmed that the five-star rated restaurant has the number one spot out of 196 restaurants and bars across the town.  The restaurant and café bar first scooped and has since retained the top spot since 2017.

Head Chef, Steve Biggs said: “This is a fantastic honour and achievement for everyone in our front of house and kitchen team.  The Littleton has received many awards and commendations over the five years we’ve been open.  This achievement is all the more special as it shows we’re continuing to impress everyone who dines with us.”

Located on the ground floor of The Hub, The Littleton is a luxuriously and thoughtfully furnished venue in which to drop in for a lunch or snack, do business over a coffee, enjoy a romantic meal or family celebration, or recharge after a session in our gym.

The Littleton is also well known as a restaurant that provides industry placement opportunities to around 90 of Walsall College’s hospitality students every year.

One TripAdvisor review said: “We really enjoyed our first visit to the Littleton I say first visit because we will definitely be returning.

“The place has a lovely atmosphere and the service is very good. The food was fantastic and it was a really lovely experience.

“Value for money is excellent five high quality courses for just £30 per person. The menu is really well thought out with plenty of choice.”
