Our Pastoral Support Officers support our students with a holistic approach to achieving their potential, both academically and personally.
They’re here to:

- Offer support
- Offer encouragement and build self-esteem and confidence
- Deal with issues on a day-to-day basis
- Offer support with financial issues, such as bursaries, bus passes and course equipment
How our Pastoral Support Officers help our students:
- Build confidence, raise self-esteem and motivation
- Improve social skills, form relationships with friends, families and staff
- Improve attendance and punctuality
- Help students achieve their potential
- Help and support students with financial difficulties
- Signpost students to careers guidance and advice
