Let Path 2 Apprenticeships Help Bridge Your Skills Gap
Finding the right apprentices can be challenging. The talent pool often feels limited, the hiring process takes time, and candidates’ skills may not meet your needs. Let us simplify your recruitment process by connecting you with pre-screened, work-ready talent. Our programme reduces recruitment hurdles and ensures your new hires are set up for success.
What is Path 2 Apprenticeships?
Path 2 Apprenticeships is a fully funded programme, supported by the West Midlands Combined Authority, that equips motivated candidates aged 19-29 with the skills, knowledge, and workplace readiness to thrive as apprentices. Employers can trial candidates before committing to an apprenticeship, providing peace of mind about their suitability. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates transition seamlessly into apprenticeships with employers offering the National Living Wage.
