Walsall College’s main campus recently became a temporary Covid-19 test centre.
A drive-through facility was set up on the Wisemore Campus car parks by the army. This was in a bid to increase the level of Covid-19 testing available to the public. The army test centre was in operation from 8am on Friday 1st May through to 4pm on Monday 4thMay.
Director Operations and Resources, Deb Rajania said: “We were pleased to do our bit to support the region’s testing capabilities and help key workers continue their vital roles in these difficult and unprecedented times.”
