Hospitality and Catering students learn the ropes in our fully-equipped on-site Jerome’s Restaurant which is open to the public, providing hands-on experience throughout the course.

We offer a range of courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Food Preparation, Professional Cookery and Food and Drinks Service, all taught in an exceptional learning environment.
