Kicking off 2025 with a blended learning opportunity

Walsall College is encouraging people to blend their way to success in order to enhance their professional skills and status.
In partnership with edtech company, Mindful Education the college is offering part-time courses – delivered both online and in the classroom – to help adult learners fit their studies more flexibly around their lives.
Award-winning courses available to study include accounting, management, business administration, law and human resources.
The advantages of gaining a qualification through blended-learning include:
- Flexibility – Learners can study online when it suits and attend in-person sessions for extra support
- Engagement and accessible – Video lectures, motion graphics, and interactive content keep things interesting and easy to follow, however you prefer to learn
- Career boosting – There’s no career break necessary. Learners can continue their work commitments fitting in their studies around them.
Worried about course funding? Don’t be.
Depending on circumstances, learners could get help paying for a course—or even study for free.
Here’s how funding could work for you:
- Level 2 Courses – Eligible learners may receive funding through the Adult Education Budget, covering part or all of your fees
- Level 3 Courses – Learners have the opportunity to access Free Courses for Jobs funding or an Advanced Learner Loan
- Higher-Level Courses – Funding options are also available for Level 4 and 5 learners
Claudette St-Prix, Curriculum Delivery Manager at the College said: “These blended learning courses are an excellent way to invest in your professional development.
You will benefit from the support and expertise of our lecturers, and because your classmates will have similar experiences and ambitions, you’ll gain valuable insights from them too.
If your 2025 resolutions include studying in a way that suits your lifestyle while opening doors to new career opportunities then we urge you to make this a reality with our great selection of courses.”
