Accountancy training

Are you looking to recruit new talent with specialised skills?

We recognise developing the skills and knowledge of your staff is vital to thrive in a rapidly evolving sector. Our Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship Standard is an ideal way to train new recruits in line with your way of working.

From giving your business a fresh new perspective to increasing employee loyalty, our apprenticeship programmes reward not only the student, but the practice itself. Seen as a key driver to economic growth, a recent business report showed there was a £28 return on every £1 invested in a Level 3 apprentice.

We have limited availability for September 2019 starts, so if you are interested in booking an appointment to discuss your requirements, please call Kirsty Barnard from the Apprenticeship recruitment team on 01922 651144.

Dental training

When dental practices rely on their staff to provide high levels of safety, cleanliness and compliance, they need to be experts in their field.

Working with a number of leading dental practices, we offer the following courses – all aligned to the skills needs of existing and new staff.

Engineering training

Do you need an extra pair of hands?

Starting in September 2019, our Intermediate Apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance is an ideal way to get hands-on support in the workplace.

Training will be delivered at our new £2m Digital Engineering Skills Centre- the College’s first standalone facility to address skills deficiencies and recruitment challenges faced by the engineering sector. Built through a £984,000 grant from the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), our engineering campus specialises in basic hand skills, milling, turning and surface grinding, as well as electrical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D modelling.

Pharmacy training

Working closely with a number of pharmacy practices, we have developed an apprenticeship programme and two professional training courses to upskill new and existing staff.

Our Advanced Apprenticeship in Pharmacy provides your pharmacy the opportunity to keep in line with new industry requirements, whilst getting access to a pool of dynamic, fresh talent.
