Social Spaces
It’s not all work and no rest. Students, staff and visitors can have coffee to go from our on-site Starbucks, light bites or hearty meals in our canteen. And if you want somewhere to sit and eat while you work, or catch up with friends, then our atrium contains seating for up to 60 students at a time.
Careers Centre
Students can receive one-to-one advice from the team, attend career-based workshops, conduct job searches and applications and research university courses.
Customer Advice & Support Centre
Receive advice and guidance on enrolling for courses, support with fees as well as bursaries, free meals and free bus passes.
Students Union
Our Student Union includes a common room, clubs and societies so you can chill out, be active in your community and support the work of the NUS.
Graduate Academy Hair & Beauty
In partnership with the Francesco Group, our commercial salon provides students with opportunities to practice styles and treatments, as well as capture their work on camera all within a professional setting.
Art & Design Studios
Students thrive as artists in our painting and drawing studios, ceramics workshops, print and mac rooms. The studios also convert easily into exhibition spaces for the student shows that take place throughout the year.
Fashion Studios
Students will flourish in our two fully equipped fashion studios with large pattern cutting tables supported by a production room with lockstitch, overlocking machines and industrial steam irons.
Photography Studios
The campus has a fully equipped photography studio with portable backdrops and lighting, plus a large black and white darkroom and digital studio.
Hospitality Kitchens/Restaurant
Our kitchen areas for hospitality and catering students match some of the UK’s leading restaurants and dining outlets. Students also support the running of the college’s Littleton Restaurant.
Sports Facilities at The Hub
Our superb sports facilities including dance and fitness studios, a sports training and injury clinic, sports hall with badminton courts, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
The Venue - Performing Arts/Dance
Performing arts students hone their skills in studio spaces that are ideal for workshops and rehearsals. Our theatre space is used as the location for annual shows and performances.
IT Suites and Cisco Academy
The risual Academy features bespoke IT equipment from Microsoft and has been decorated by renowned artists Graffiti Kings to mirror the style of risual’s headquarters at Staffordshire Technology Park. The Cisco Networking Academy launched in 2017 includes a suite of Cisco computer stations and dedicated network and server room to deliver a global education programme that helps students prepare for careers such as network security and administration.
Automotive Workshop
Our workshops provide a live working environment for students to develop the skills to service, maintain and repair a range of vehicles efficiently and safely.
Horticulture Gardens
Supported learning and foundation learning students spend a significant amount of time planting and cultivating a range of seeds, flowers and plants; across acres of land. The gardens’ appeal is enhanced by a pond with an all access bridge running across it.
Media Studios
These include broadcast and video editing studios/suites containing the latest industry equipment.
Health & Social Care/Childcare
Students prepare for work placements and their future careers by using health and medical equipment and resources essential to a range of care settings. Early years students can also develop their skills at our onsite Little Professors Nursery.

Complete homework on your own or with classmates, get help with your studies and revision tips.
Learning Resources Centre
Students have access to IT facilities, books, journals, newspapers, audio/visual materials and specialist resources. There is also a Digital Library containing online resources such as newspapers, images, e-utilities and useful links.
Little Professors Nursery
The nursery cares for children aged from six weeks to five years old. We offer a happy environment, where we combine the highest standards of care and education to ensure that the children of our students and staff develop to their full potential.
