This is your opportunity to help shape the future of your College. As an elected course rep, you will represent the interests of your peers at council level.You will have the opportunity to participate in cross-college debate and to raise the issues affecting you and your course-mates. Nominations take place in September during induction with elections following in October and training taking place in November.
Volunteering as a student ambassador can be very rewarding. Not only is it a great opportunity to develop your communication and teamwork skills, the experience can also make you a more attractive candidate to potential employers. As a Walsall College Student Ambassador, you will lead open day tours, help promote the college, attend marketing events, gain work experience, enhance your CV and much more.
