English and maths in the workplace

Supporting you to develop the skills of your workforce is what we do.

A key part of this is supporting your staff to develop their maths and English skills.

We offer fully funded* functional skills English and Maths qualifications at times that suit you and your staff so that learning fits around their work and home life. We are able to create bespoke groups or your staff can join one of the classes we already have in place.

We have developed a number of different delivery models, from one day a week for 10 weeks or for a couple of hours a week, through to a totally personal and flexible approach with learning on-line with 1-1 support.

We have classes running five days a week and currently deliver 100% virtually, to ensure your staff can learn safely, at a pace that suits them. We can arrange for exams to be taken in the workplace so are able to support your staff wherever they work within England.

This is not just about passing an exam, our aim is to develop English and maths skills that support people in their current and future jobs roles and help them progress in their training and career.

If you have staff that are interested in developing their skills, they will be offered the opportunity to take an initial assessment and then have a 1-1 discussion with one of our English and maths experts to find the right course for them.
