Exciting, fast-paced, and creative are just some of the ways to describe a career in hospitality, catering and event management.   And the courses we offer provide the key ingredients for success.

You’ll learn how to perfect your culinary skills in our professional training kitchens under the guidance of our expert tutors who’ve all come from the industry.

You’ll also have the chance to gain experience in some of the best-known restaurants in the Midlands, including our onsite award-winning restaurant, The Littleton, headed up by two AA rosette-winning chefs.

You’ll also meet some of the best chefs in the business through a series of professional masterclasses.  Through these, you’ll learn other tricks of the trade and sample a wide range of cuisines, from Italian to Japanese.

Prefer a front-of-house role such as coordinating events, restaurant management and customer service/marketing?  If so, we have courses that will train you to deliver the best possible service for wow-factor events.  With The Hub, the college’s enterprise venue playing host to around a hundred events each year, from networking breakfasts and afternoon teas to award ceremonies, students can experience the buzz of supporting these showcase and celebratory activities.
