Applying for a course at Walsall College is simple and our Student Services team are here to make the process even easier for you. From helping you decide which course is right for you to giving you advice on your finances, our Student Services team are always on hand to offer impartial advice, guidance and support as and when you need it.

You can also get more information and advice by attending one of our open days.
Our courses can be very popular so once you have decided which course you want to do, it makes sense to apply as early as possible. Check out our application checklist to help you through the process.

Before completing your application

Choose a course that is right for you*

Your online application

Before making the application please be aware that the online form will time out when left inactive so ensure you have all the information you require to complete your application such as your exam results, predicted grades and contact details for you references.

1. Choose your course from the course menu

2. Click ‘Apply Online’ button

3. Welcome Screen

*this may take a minute to appear

Logon or Register

*if you have registered previously logon if not please register your details

4. Complete student details page

*ensure your email address is accurate as we will use this to contact you. If you have previously used an email address to create an account, you will be required to use this email address and the password you created to login and retrieve your details.

5. Confirm course details and complete questions

6. Complete previous achievement page

*qualifications must be entered one by one; enter details and click add after each qualification

7. Complete references page

*referee details must be enter one by one, enter details and click add after each referee

8. Complete support information

9. Complete additional information

10. Preview application

*change any sections that appear incorrect. Once all details are correct send application by clicking complete

Following your application

1. You will get confirmation that your application has been received and will be asked to confirm that you want to proceed to interview stage.

2. You will receive a time and date for an interview and an initial assessment

3. Attend your interview and assessment

4. Receive the result of your interview

5. If successful, accept offer of a place on the course

6. Enrol at Walsall College!
