The Walsall College University Centre is a dynamic partnership between Walsall College and the University of Worcester, bringing university-level education right to the heart of Walsall.
The vision is to provide a hub for higher education for those at Walsall College and for those in the local community aspiring to study a degree.
The aims are:
- To increase progression to higher education within the college and to the University of Worcester.
- To further develop an additional higher education curriculum through partnership and increase student numbers.
- To provide enrichment for the learners through the delivery of subject-based master classes by University of Worcester staff at Walsall College.
- To raise and the support the higher education aspirations of potential students living in the area.
