Thank you for your application for a course at Walsall College. We are now inviting applicants to our drop-in sessions where you can take your initial assessment and talk to one of our tutors.

The opening times are given below. If you would like an interview we would advise you to arrive no later than 5.15 Monday-Thursday or as early as possible on Friday/Saturday to allow time for your assessment.

Thursday 25th August 9.30am – 5pm
Friday 26th August 9.30am – 4pm
Tuesday 30th August 9.30am – 7pm
Wednesday 31st August 9.30am – 7pm
Thursday 1st Septembe 9.30am – 7pm
Friday 2nd September 9.30am – 11am
Saturday 3rd September 10am – 2pm
Monday 5th September 9.30am – 7pm
Tuesday 6th September 9.30am – 7pm
Wednesday 7th September 9.30am – 7pm

To avoid delays in your enrolment we advise that you also bring along the following items:

  • A pen
  • £10.00 for student learner pass
  • GCSE/Exam Results or prior qualifications
  • A letter of entitlement proving receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance (if 19 or over and in receipt of benefit)
  • References if available
  • For Creative Arts courses – a portfolio of work
  • If your employer is paying your fees please bring a letter to enrolment from your employer, on company letter-headed paper, confirming that they may be invoiced for all fees
  • Proof of identity, which must be one of the following: Passport, Certificate of Entitlement to Funding, Driving License, Bank Credit/Debit Card, National Insurance Card or National ID Card (not the College Learner Pass).
