Complaints procedure

At Walsall College we are committed to providing high quality services for all of our College Community, taking account of users’ views, and using the findings to promote and develop capacity for sustainable improvement. If you need to make a complaint, you can contact the College in the following ways:

In writing – by completing the Complaints Form which is available to download here

The Complaints Policy and Procedure document can be downloaded here and is also available in alternative formats such as large print. Magnification equipment is also available in the Learning Resource Centre (LRC).
