Construction Site Management Training

Looking for a higher apprenticeship that meets the needs of your business?

Starting in August, our Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Construction Site Management is for supervisors and assistant managers looking to gain an NVQ qualification through a formal traditional course.

This apprenticeship will support you in developing the skills and knowledge required to be a construction operations manager, whilst working with much less time off-site. You'll address a broad range of units including:

  • Construction technologies
  • Science and materials
  • Site surveying
  • Construction management
  • Law and contracts
  • Environmental technologies
  • Project management

Optional units can also include: computer aided design (CAD), building services, history of architecture and advanced materials.

The Higher Apprenticeship scheme enables businesses to turn employees with potential into highly effective construction operations managers. By improving the skills your employees have, you’re investing in a workforce that is more productive, less likely to make mistakes and more loyal to your business.

How will an apprentice benefit my organisation?

From giving your business a fresh new perspective to increasing employee loyalty, our apprenticeship programmes reward not only the student, but the practice itself. Seen as a key driver to economic growth, a recent business report showed there was a £28 return on every £1 invested in a Level 4 apprentice.

Five Reasons an apprenticeship will benefit your business
