An apprenticeship is a great way of developing the skills and gaining the experience you need to progress in your chosen career. This apprenticeship is ideally suited to individuals working in various job roles including reception, administration, call centres, retail and commercial enterprise who deal with internal and external customers.
Over the course of the programme Apprentices will work towards the completion of a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service and a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.

The selection process will include a basic Initial Assessment and an interview during which suitability, commitment and interest for the programme will be determined.
To be accepted onto the programme you will need to achieve Literacy, Numeracy and ICT at a minimum of Level 1.
You can progress on to the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Services or another Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, eg Management, Business Administration.
