A-Level Biology and BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Applied Science

This course will provide the practical skills of a BTEC programme alongside the benefits of an A – Level programme.

The BTEC units have been chosen to complement the content of the A level program, reinforcing learning with practical investigations and course work which will support the BTEC qualification.

The A level program will consist of eight topics over two years. There will be three exams covering all topics at the end of the second year.

You will also be assessed on your practical skills in twelve formally assessed practical activities during the two years.
