Having had a successful career with NatWest Bank in various supervision roles within the Regulated Advice sector, in 2013 Graham took up a position as a Compliance Monitoring Manager with HSBC in Birmingham.

He is an experienced people manager and has many years’ experience in areas such as Financial planning, managing budgets, performance management and risk management in a regulated environment together with HR experience. He has also provided support as a coach with Teach First.

Graham has Diplomas in Personal Financial Services and Governance, Risk and Compliance. He is an active member of Aldridge 41 Club and enjoys walking, cycling and films. He was born in Wednesbury and has lived locally in and around Walsall all his life. Graham is also involved in volunteering to support the community in Aldridge.

Graham was appointed to the Corporation in October 2017.
