Work Based NVQs

You or your staff could benefit from completing a first Level 2 or 3 NVQ in the workplace.
All training is delivered at your company site as employees undertake their usual work so downtime is minimised.

Assessment is completed through observation, testimony and dialogue meaning no tests or exams. Benefits include standardised levels of competence; improved team working and communication; wider awareness of health and safety; increased confidence and morale.
