The Real Apprentice

Walsall College runs a rolling scheme with the West Midlands Fire Service where at any one time there are 4 apprentices working there at varying stages in their apprenticeships.

Our current apprentices recently took part in the Real Apprentice II DVD, produced by the Black Country Learning and Skills Council and BCTG (Black Country Training Group). The DVD was shown at The Real Apprentice showcases held in Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley and Sandwell last November, to show young people the value of apprenticeships.
