There are a number of ways you can get involved with Walsall College, whether its supporting our students to achieve their ambitions or helping to shape the future of the College as a Governor.

Bursary

Just 17% of people in Walsall have a qualification of Level 4 and above, against a national average of 29%. Walsall also has significant areas of mass deprivation which can be a barrier to achievement.

Walsall College is committed to increasing the number of local people undertaking and achieving higher level skills.

Establishing a scholarship, prize or bursary is an excellent way of helping to ensure that the most gifted students, regardless of their circumstances, can have the opportunity to study Higher level Qualifications at Walsall College and achieve their dreams.

If you would like to support a student to realise their dreams, please contact Sally Day sday@walsallcollege.ac.uk

Sponsorship

Sponsorship can be given in a number ways, either to individuals in a similar way to a bursary, or to the College in the form of tangible support to the College.

This can range from donated equipment, subsidised software licenses and industry training, to brand endorsement.

Governor
