Qualification Credit Framework

The establishment of the QCF gives organisations the scope to select and accredit specific training at a unit level. This opens up much more opportunities for companies to target their learning and development needs in a way which aligns more closely with their individual business.

We work with a number of national organisations on a one to one basis developing industry specific qualifications for their operation as well as other types of bespoke training and short courses for companies in a wide range of vertical markets.

These changes to the national framework for qualifications in the UK, increase the flexibility for individuals and employers to work with Colleges to mix and match units of study across a wide range of subject areas. Where gaps in qualifications aligned to specific industries exist, employers will also have the opportunity to work with awarding bodies to write new nationally recognised qualifications to meet the needs of their sector.
