New Apprenticeship Grant for Employers!
The Government has launched a new grant for employers to assist them in recruiting their first apprentice.
The Apprenticeship Grant for Employers (AGE 16-24) will award £1500 to up to 40,000 eligible employers, who commit to employ one or more 16 to 24 year old apprentices for the first time.
Priority will be given to small-medium sized employers with less than 250 employees and the funding will be available from 1st April 2012 until March 2013.
