Before accepting any place offered on a course, prospective students should be aware that the provision of an education service by the College is subject to written terms and conditions of the contract. Such conditions include limiting the College's liability should industrial action of other circumstances prevent or interfere with the provision of service or cause the College to alter or re-arrange any of the educated services offered.
The College also reserves the right to withdraw any advertised class for which insufficient numbers of students enroll and to close any class if low numbers attending make it no longer viable. This may include courses being full due to popular demand.
