Entry Level 3 Wisemore Campus 36 weeks Full Time

This course gives students the opportunity to develop the necessary practical skills and knowledge to workin the Hospitality and Catering industry. This course allows students to explore the career opportunities within Hospitality and Catering whilst learning the necessary skills needed for their chosen career path. This course also gives students the opportunity to experience a real life working environment as they produce the food for our Green Lane campus.

Progression

NVQ Level 1 Food Preparation and Cookery (SLDD mainstream course) or employment.
