BTEC First Diploma for IT Practitioners

Level 2 Wisemore Campus Full Time

The aim of the course is to develop learners' skills in computer applications and the uses of IT. It consists of 6 units of IT and learners will have the opportunity to take a Microsoft qualification at an appropriate level. Homework or private study is required.

 

Entry Requirements

By interview and initial assessment plus 4 GCSEs at grade D including Maths, or BTEC Introduction to IT @ Work or
equivalent, with an overall achievement at a Merit Level and Key Skills Application of Number Level 1.

Progression to level 3 is available.
