Level 3 Wisemore Campus 72 weeks Full Time

This course enables students to work in a very practical way to make video dramas, documentaries as well as in-house broadcast TV shows. Working in small production groups or as a solo project, there will be opportunities to create websites, magazines, radio programmes and other media products. Exciting employer led projects enable you to work towards industry standards. There may be an opportunity to take part in a visit to Europe each year of the course. Private study is required and the course offers opportunities to gain further qualifications in Functional Skills English, Maths and or ICT.

 

Entry Requirements

By interview, initial assessment plus either; four GCSEs at grade A* – C, or BTEC First Diploma or Certificate in a related subject, or Intermediate GNVQ in a related subject or appropriate work experience, plus a subject specific task. Mature learners are welcome and will be considered on an individual basis.
