NVQ Food Professional cookery - Level 3

Level 3 St Paul's Campus 1 Year Full Time

This course is intended for anyone already in the catering industry or individuals who wish to progress from NVQ Level 2 and therefore, raise the level of their professional qualification in food preparation and cooking. Homework or private study is required.

 

Entry Requirements

By interview and initial assessment results plus NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

Progression

Progression to higher education or employment.
