NVQ Food Preparation & Cooking - Level 2

Level 2 Wisemore Campus 1 Year Full Time

This course is intended for anyone already working in the catering industry or individuals who have an interest in cooking and, are interested in gaining a professional ualification in food preparation and cooking. Learners will gain experience whilst being assessed in the kitchens and the College’s training restaurant ‘Inspirations’ (which will include evening work as the restaurant to open to the public). Homework or private study is required.

 

Entry Requirements

By interview and initial assessment results, learners must possess a genuine interest in professional cookery or possess a Level 1 qualification.

Progression

Progression to Level 3 is available.
