Through completing this qualification you will develop a wide range of competencies from successful organisational direction and change through to the effective development, implementation and review of marketing plans.

To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, you need to successfully complete units 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 7005, and 7006 plus other 3 units to a total of at least 66
credits.

 

Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification. However, candidates may be in senior management positions, are likely either to hold a Diploma in Management and/or have several years experience at middle management level. In overall terms your prior
learning and experience must be of a comparable level, breadth and scope to suggest that you will be able to meet the challenges of the whole Diploma syllabus.
