• Have operational responsibility for substantial programmes and resources
• Have a broad span of control
• Are responsible for identifying and implementing change and quality improvements
• Negotiate budgets and contracts
• Lead high level meetings

 

Entry Requirements

You should be employed in a senior management role.

Progression

Depending on the NVQ Level undertaken, candidates may progress (Job allowing) to the next NVQ level or on to an appropriate level taught programme at either Certificate or
Diploma level.
